This is the second time that tickets are booked via internet and according to Kulula - not paid. First time - sorry no confirmation of payment received, no seats left etc. But on revealling credit card and paying - DOUBLE the usual amount according to first booking made and paid for - seats were available and plane was not full. On following up with them, they acknowledged mistake and wanted to refund the first booked tickets money, half the price of second at airport booking, which we refused, second booking's money was refunded a month later. Now we have to families flying in, tickets booked and paid for in April already and now in September, they say payment not received. Proof of payment, directly made after booking via EFT is available and the bank statements also prove that the money has been paid. I have communicated with representative again, awaiting feedback. These bookings are made for doctors and this will surely be the last time we make use of Kulula, seeing that it is not first time, the exact same error occurred previously and Kulula was the culprit, with proof of documentation from us.
