Missed my flight to Nelspruit due to incompetence

I bought an airline ticket through SAA to Nelspruit from a checkers were my flight was leaving at 3:30pm I was there at the airport already but 14:45 went to the SAA representatives and I was told that I need to go to South African airlink line were I found their nobody to help me every till was closed I was told to go to SA Express line were the lady was so unhelpful just shifted responsibility and told me to go to ticket sales even thought I have bought one already and there was long lines due to that when finally to speak to someone that can listen she told me that the plane has left already and there is nothing they can do and my ticket has been forfeited.
I requested to speak to a supervisor who was on duty and she was so unprofessional and was not interested in my story she just told me that she doesn't want to repeat herself as she told me that there is nothing she can do and I wont get a refund or anything even though they pushed me around. just to get rid of me she told me that I must go back to the ticket line to purchase another ticket for a later plane which was untrue no flight was available till tomorrow and was nowhere to be found. I would like to get my refund.
