On the 26th of November I bought return tickets from Johannesburg to PE. The depature time on the ticket from PE to JOburg was 14:35 when I arrived. I was told that the bus left 14:00. The worst part is that, they were blaming shoprite for making the mistake nd I was told there's nothing they can do about that. They were very rude nd told me I should have enquired from Shoprite the correct time.

The lady that works atGreenacres tickets office said people have been complaining about tickets that were bought at Shoprite. My question was if they are awere of what is happening then what r they doing to improve their service. They should sit done nd have meeting with Shoprite nd discuss how they r going to resolve this. I'm off of what happened today, now I have to pop out another money to book a bus. This is and incompetence.

I'm not using translux/ city to cty buses nor my family members ever again. It is Translux/ City to city to make sure that Shoprite give good treatment/ service to their clients corncerning their transport/ travel bookings. I'm very very disappointed nd hurt. I don't even have money to buy another ticket, now I have to go and borrow money.
