Really bad attitude toward clients

I phoned the call center to help me book a flight to durban for a friend. when I said that I'm not completely sure of her names as per her ID, he told me that it does not matter, just as long as I put the name that they are known by. Well I did the payment for the ticket and 2 days later we went off to Lanseria airport. We went to the baggage drop off and they told us that the name on the booking does not correspond to the ID and that we can have it changed at ticket sales. Off we went to the ticket sales and the man working there had the most horrible attitude I have ever come across. I tried to explain to him what had happened, but all he could say was that its not his problem and that if my friend wanted to catch the same plane, we will just have to buy a new ticket. after realizing we are fighting a lost case with an obnoxious brute, I bought a new ticket. He assured me that the original ticket would be cancelled... Clearly not! By the time the plane was boarded they were delayed by 20 minutes as they were looking for the person (my friend) to board.
Now that R600 will be lost forever due to the incompetence of Kulula's own staff.
KULULA! THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN
