I have never in my life experienced such an absolute, total disregard for consumers!!! I paid for TWO flights, one to Johannesburg from Durban and return to Durban. I missed my flight to Johannesburg and subsequently had to purchased another flight to Johannesburg, which I completely understand, because I missed the flight. BUT when I returned to the airport 2 days later to get onto the flight that I already PAID for back to Durban, I was told I forfeited the ticket back to Durban when I missed my flight to Johannesburg. WHAT RUBBISH!!! WHY??? It is a different ticket. I had already PAID for my flight back!!! How can kulula take my flight away from me?! I then had to purchase another ticket on the spot for R1600!!! I've flown with kulula for years now and travel frequently. I now do not wish to support such a sketchy operation. I never write complaint letters and I'm very patient but this is so unacceptable it is ridiculous!!! Kulula what are you doing?!?!?!?!
