I MADE A RESERVATION IN NOV ON SAA USING MY VOYAGER MILES FOR A FLIGHT IN FEB 2013. I HAD TO CANCEL THIS FLIGHT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO USE MY TICKET SINCE THEN BUT THERE IS NEVER A VOYAGER SEAT AVAILABLE. IN APRIL WHEN I YET AGAIN COULD NOT MAKE A RESERVATION I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD EXTEND THE EXPIRY ON THE TICKET FROM 6 MONTHS TO 12 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD NOW THAT THERE ARE NO FLIGHTS AVAILABLE BEFORE MY TICKET WILL EXPIRE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE IN A MANAGERIAL POSITION WHO COULD HELP ME BUT WHEN I PHONE I AM PUT THROUGH TO CLERKS WHO CANNOT HELP AND WHO CANNOT TELL ME WHO I CAN SPEAK TO NOR HOW TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE SENIOR. I AM NOW GOING TO LOSE MY TICKET ALONG WITH THE AIRPORT TAX OF R1013 WHICH I PAID. I FEEL THAT THIS TICKET HAS BEEN FROM ME. MY TICKET NUMBER FOR THIS ORIGINAL RESERVATION IS 0832118538473. I MADE THIS RESERVATION OVER THE INTERNET.
