SO SAD AND SO MAD. MY SON IN LAW BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR ME ON KULULA. WHEN PRINTING THE TICKET I REALISED THAT THE TICKET WAS IN HIS NAME (AUTO GENERATED). I PHONED KULULA AND REQUESTED A NAME CHANGE. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. I THEN ASKED IF THE TICKET COULD BE CANCELLED AND I WOULD RE BOOK IT IN MY NAME. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WOULD GET 25% OF THE OUT GOING FLIGHT BACK - BUT NOTHING ON THE RETURN FLIGHT. I STAND TO LOSE APP R1400.00 I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR - WAS TOLD THE SAME. I THEN MAILED THERE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE (HAHAHA) AND HAD NO LUCK WITH THEM. I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE THIS KIND OF MONEY. MY HUSBAND WORKS IN JHB AND WE ARE BOTH FREQUENT FLYER'S WITH KULULA. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS SUCH A COMPLICATED ISSUE TO CHANGE THE NAME ON AN AIR TICKET. IS THIS HOW THE SELF PROCLAIMED "TRUE SOUTH AFRICAN AIRLINES" TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS
