Rude call centre

I called into the call centre to make an enquiry about a booking made online. The young lady who answered the call was extremely rude and impatient. She questioned my queries in a manner that belittled me and when I confronted her about her bad attitude she hung up on me. I find this service completely unacceptable and refuse to use this company again if this is the type of courtesy (or lack thereof) travel start offers! I cancelled my booking!
