No empathy & service from call centre

I am very unhappy about the service we receive from QVC. I am trying since November 2012 to enquire about available accommodation - if you call in you have to wait a long time before your call is answered and if you email your request you wait? 3 weeks before you get half an answer. Recently my mother phone the call centre to enquire about accommodation at the South Coast (for May) and the persons were very rude, did not look it up and wanted to give her a booking which wasnt in the time they wanted to go. I made a booking online, but the unit didnt had seaview and when we tried to cancel it, they said that we have to pay the cancellation fee and they were not willing to just change the booking. Both my mother and I tried to speak to a supervisor / manager but we are not allowed to do it. Finaly the consultant send me an email which I could respond to about all my complains. This was a week ago. Since then nobody came back to me. I dont know why we have to pay a membership fee each year and this is the type of service I am getting. This is not the first time I have complaints about the service we are getting from QVC.
