I checked in online and my husband was issues with a boarding pass however the system indicated that I need to check in at the counter. No explanation was given. I called the call centre and they too could not assist and did not know why. The purpose of checking in online line is for convenience, this now means I still need to queue. What is the purpose of providing a check in facility and a call centre when you cannot be assisted!!!
