I have the 10 gig contract with 8ta, I have I linked up to my 3g router and had no problems previously, I went online and checked my data and my balance always seemed correct. on Thursday I tried to go online but I was instantly re directed to 8ta site, as I was once on pre paid I knew instantly that I was out of data. that was fine. the next day I called in to have extra data added on so I could continue. the call centre helped me fine. the added a 2 plus 1 bolt on data to carry me to may 1st 2013. on sat when I checked it now read I have 2 gig bolt on 1 gb nite surf and my full 10 gb expiring 30 april 2013. this means either purchased it for nothing, or you gave me extra for nothing or your online service is broken. wich ever one I feel robbed.
I deserve an explanation from 8ta, and if so a full credit for their deceit in prompting me to purchase an additional daa bundle.
