Charged for an extra bag

I've lodged this complaint with SAA on the 14th of March and still no response. Dineo is now not responding to my emails.

my booking reference is Z89525 for this query.

I checked in online on my way back from Joburg to East London on Friday, 8 March 2013. I had 3 bags with me (1 big and 2 small). When I got to the weighin, I was given a voucher to go pay for an extra bag and the lady didn't ask for my boarding pass. I then proceeded to the bag check in counter and the gentlemen showed me where to pay for R250.00 for the extra bag while he was checking in another one. I went to the ticket counter and was told to pay R350.00 because I was flying Business class which I paid and my bags got checked in.

At the boarding gate, an announcement was made that if you're travelling business class you are allowed 2 bags in the flight with you. That told me the people at the check-in counter who didn't check my boarding pass assumed that I'm travelling economy class hence they made me pay for an extra bag which i wasn't.
