Bunny Hop Transport, the sole proprietor being Zoe Hodgson-Arrow quoted me a once-off fee to pick up my daughter from school for only a month (22 Oct- 22 Nov 2013) and sent me a contract, which I signed and returned. I was asked to deposit the full amount immediately in order to secure a place for my child as places were filling fast, so I did. Toward the end of the stipulated period, she enquired if I may need her services for Jan 2014. I requested a quote for only Jan/Feb & March 2014. Ms. Hodgson-Arrow offered me her services at R850 per month followed by another urgent request for the entire amount of R850 to deposited, which I did in order to secure my child a place. Bunny Hop requested for yet another payment in Dec 2013. When I mentioned I had already paid in full for Jan 2014, I was told by Ms. Hodgson-Arrow, that this payment was for Dec 2013. I had never agreed to pay for a month when no services were rendered or requested. No revised contract stipulating the dates, terms and conditions was issued. I requested my payment of R850 to be refunded due to non-disclosure and no written contract, but this was refused and further services cancelled.
