Tried to check in via mobi online check in. It didnt work.after tryinf 7 times i give up. Then got to lanseria. Stood in line to check in, finally git the the front abd says i am in the wrong queue BUT ITS YOUR SIGNS THAT MISLEAD THE CUSTOMWRS. MORE THAN ONE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT AND THE ASSISTANT AT CHECK IN SAID I MUST SMELL WHERE TO CHECK IN.i will tell everybody i know how utwrly disgusting your service this is. I had then to queue for 20 min and then THE SAME AGENT COULD ASSIST ME TO CHECK IN. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
