5 Minutes? After making me wait in the Queue?

I flew up to Jo'burg from Durban on Friday, 8 February 2012.

Arrive at the airport in the morning and do the self check-in as I have no luggage. I complete my boarding pass print, and try to get my return boarding pass all in one go. The system - as usual freezes up, and it cannot issue me my return boarding pass.

Upon my return to the airport in the afternoon, I arrive at the airport later than expected, but go back to the self check-in. I have 35 minutes to go, and a lady from ACSA assisting me. Again 'sorry mam, there's something wrong with the system' and i have to go to the check-in counters.

In a big queue, and finally get to the check in counter, now with 25 minutes to go, only to be told 'mam, sorry, flight closes 30 minutes before hand, and you have to pay R1000 to change your flight.

SAA would not move an inch to accommodate me, but why would they, R1000 easy money, or daylight as I like to call it?

So needless to say, I am not impressed in the slightest in their attitude, or disregard for customers.
