Impossible to Get a Refund

I booked on 15th December 2013 to Durban. Today, 18th I realised that that I did not get a confirmation email so I booked again. Kulula confirmed the double booking but cannot do the refund without "an investigation". How ridiculous that this cannot be done immediately. AND how can their system allow 2 bookings with the same name and SA ID?
