I booked a flight on Monday, then payment went off, but no booking confirmation. after a long argument finally got my booking after they just wanted to refund me saying it would only take 24 hours..."sorry sir, system error". Now checking my credit card statement the flight went off twice and another arbitory amount also just slipped out my CC relating to no other amount to them... crazy phoning a consultant whom didnt even know what process to advise a customer on what would happen to refund my money. Now get a call back saying 1 amount will take 7 days to refund (but they wanted to refund me initially in 24 hours, huh?! i mean really! and the second amount they havent got feedback from their accounts dept. cause they cant get hold of them! this is crazy and albeit a system error. to top it all off it took 3 hours and me having to phone 4 times to get feedback from Kulula. I am sorry, terrible customer experience and that after booking almost 10 flights in the last 12 months through them and still no REFUND! Kulula, you've lost the plot and I will be gladly booking through another airline from now onward...
