Online booking pathetic and inconveniencing

I made a booking Johannesburg OR Tambo to Durban, rerun ticket. The payment transaction was authorized and kulula is not ale to proved me my booking confirmation. I was told that kulula is currently busy with system update, I need requested to, be assisted by telephone to finalist my booking the lady told me that since I am with Vitality that will not be possible. I was told to wait for 48 hours the money that has been taken from my credit card will be reimbursed. I do not need refund I need a ticket that I have booked for. If kulula no longer an o offer customer online services they must just deactivate their website and thy must not bring excuses Williston the customers has fully adhered to their conditions.
I need a ticket that I purchased not the refund someone at kulula sort out this mess.
