Last week Tuesday, 10 December, I had to book 2 international flights. On Wednesday I had to enquire through the call centre about changing one of the return flights. I originally requested the cost for the 27th on Jan. On Thursday I called back to get the amount at which point I requested the price to change the price to either the 26th of Jan or the 29th of Jan. I called on Friday where I was told that a request for the prices were never requested. I spoke to a team leader by the name of Robert, who promised me that he would sort this out and get back to me on Friday. I did not receive a call. When I called this morning, I was told by the consultant that answered the call that the pricing had only been requested this morning. When I finally got through to Robert (40 minutes on hold) he told me that it will be a few more hours. I informed him that I would call at 12, at 12:30 he called me to tell me that it will be another 20 minutes, it is now 14:24 and I have not received a call from Robert and when I called he and his manager are in a meeting. How can it be this difficult to get a price. The worst customer service I have come across in ages.
