What a waste

During our recent, very expensive, stay at Toti Cabans we experienced the most awful stay & unfriendly staff not to mention the bad service and attitudes.
Only a couple of things were not very favoured. The fridge did work because of the humidity and overloading (2lt milk, 1kg tub of butter, 250g cheese, 500g of ham and 3 x 2lt cold drinks) or so we were told, the stove didn't work due to the fact that I apparently couldn't work it correctly and that there is unexpectedly some sort of plate that needs to be placed over the elements to keep it from shorting out and tripping the earth leakage.
The unit has 3 bathrooms... of which 2 are 1m x 1m and this "pandokkie" included a toilet, washbasin and a shower. Imagine that.
We as a family are very disappointed in the accommodation and service that we got - for R 9200.00 for a week we could have booked in at a hotel or B&B. (I bet they would have actually cleaned the rooms and ensured that our stay was comfortable.)
Toti Cabanas will never ever see me again and I will definitely not make any referrals to them.
