My flight was meant to leave OR Thambo enroute to Durban at 6:45 am on the 17th of December 2013. We were told flight was delayed to 8:15. At 8am we were told flight is delayed to 9:30 as there was a technical problem that was still being worked on. No confirmation of flight departing at 9:30 could be given either. So basically we were told hard luck! The inability of proper control of the situation was my biggest issue. If the full facts were declared at 6am. I could have arranged to get on another flight to Durban. The supervisor was rude and had no regard for the customers. Disgusting customer service. I insisted on being put at the next flight to Durban but have to drive back to airport to fetch my luggage at my own cost!! Not acceptable Mango!
