After being sent scurrying all over at park station searching which bus my kids were on- not even one staff member knew. The bus finally arrived at 23:30. The time it was supposed to leave. As I am writing this report they are stuck in Montrose-have been for an hour. The bus does not have a driver. The one who drove them to Montrose had to turn back to Jo'burg. No communication. Nothing. This bus was meant to arrive in Durban at 6:30. If this isn't poor service at its best, then I don't know what is.
