Bad service

The service of road link is appauling. I was traveling with my kids a one year old and a 17 year old from Johannesburg to Durban on the 13th of December at 22:00. Got to park station at 09:30 and was still at park station more than 6 hours later. They refused to give us our money back or give us any information or a manager's details. Even their attitude was laid back and not trying much. Very agreviated and annoyed.
