What a poor service and arrogance from Greyhound!

Bus service 27/0/14 from Dbn - Jhb - Pta, departing 11:00 and scheduled to arrive at 20:10 in Pta. Bus departed at 11:25 instead of 11:00. My real destination was Polokwane. Bus left Durban, when we arrived in Pietermaritzburg we were told that the bus had to be fixed. The bus was parked outside Greyhound offices. "Fixing" took almost 2 hours, and we were told that the bus has been fixed. We left the bus driven for less than 15 minutes from CBD, and stopped again to fill it up with some water. Went via through Engen Petrol Station (not far from Tugela Plaza) to fill the bus with water again. As a Driver, I assumed that the bus was overheating. We proceeded to Montrose and found some guy who happened to be a Mechanic waiting for the bus. No communication took place of what was happening, and spent more than 1 hour there for that fixing. Chid sick & complicated, had to wait for ambulance. Questions - Why did Greyhound decide to put our lives at risk by keeping us in an overheating bus from PMB offices, when they could have arrange for an alternative coach? Why no communication? Why realising unroadworthy coach for 600km trip? i arrived in PTA arrival 12 midnight.
