The driver from Durban to Montrose (Harrismith) were driving reckless - very fast & swerving from lane to lane. Driving over the yellow line reflectors. He would also drive right up to the vehicle in front of him and do a sharp swerve to pass the vehicle. Several passengers complained the host finally spoke to the driver. But the driving was no better. The top floor was also served before the luxury passengers. After repeated calls to the Greyhound callcentre the driving was no better - we were only told that they are tracking the driver, but surely you can't track it if it drives in the yellow-lane or swerving.
Finally, when we reached Montrose (Harrismith) the host never announced when we need to be back at the bus & when the driver walked pass the bus he swore at me in his native language, which on of the other terrified passengers translated: "the woman in the blue jeans - your mother's c--t! " I can only assume it was aimed at me, because I was the passenger the driver saw when we complained. Also, Jhb to Dbn via Swinb 13th Dec 22h00 the bus was late by 1 hour & 22minutes late & arrived only 20minutes after arrival time - obviously it was driving dangerously fast!
