Atrocious, appalling, awful, horrible experience

My Aunt and her 2 children booked a trip from Richards Bay to Johannesburg on 1/1/2014. First the bus was meant to arrive at 10:05am from DBN to Richards Bay. IT WAS AN HOUR LATE!! The bus experienced "technical" issues approximately 40km from Piet Retief on the way to JHB. IT WAS DELAYED BY 3 HOURS!!! They were meant to arrived in JHB at 08:05pm and take a special taxi to get home but due to the delay, the arranged transport could'nt wait and left. They arrived in JHB Park Station and midnight and had to spend the night at Park Station. These were 2 kids (both girls) and their mother. I would like to know what Greyhound plans to do about this. A simple "we apologise for the inconvenience" simply will not do.
