I booked Greyhound from Mildrand to Durban for 21:35pm on 31 May 2013. The expected arrival in Dbn was 6:00am. The bus only arrived @ 21:55pm in Mildrand. There was no apology from them for not arriving on time. We were told that we will exchange the bus at Park Station. When we arrived in jhb park station, we got into another bus. It was already after 22:20pm. The bus eventually departed @ 23:15pm. This was 2hrs late than the departing time i booked. We stop at Montrose and were told that we will depart @ 2:50am. We eventually left around 3am. The bus drove for 1hour 20 mins & we were advised that we need to turn back to Montrose because there was coach that was left without a driver & our coach had two drivers. When this happens it was around 4:15am. At 4:26 we received SMS apologizing. These delays led to overall almost 3 hours delays which was totally unacceptable. This further disrupted our plan as we were traveling to funeral which was starting @ 8:30am. We ended up being extremely late. Can Greyhound respect passengers and honor the times that passengers book because there is a reason we opt for specific times. Personally I did not accept the SMS apology, it was very shallow
