Disgusting service, Oveloading of the bus

Booked Greyhound for the Weekend to come back to johannesburg which is where i live, first of all the bus was supposed to leave at 11pm on 03 April, they were half an hour late, supposed to arrive in Johannesburg at 6am, only arrived in Joburg at 11:30am because of the incompetence of the company, they were overlaoded, they did not weigh Anyone's luggage at the station, now this in unacceptable as i was supposed to be at work yesterday and could not go because we only arrived at Park station at 12 o clock in the afternoon which is pathetic, we paid R335 each to take the GREYHOUND thinking that this is the best bus as i always travel between Durban and Johannesburg, and we were not Even apologised to for this serious inconvenience. i am appalled at what has happened as i had to lose out on a days work whichi could not afford, i will never recommend this bus service to anyone in the near future!!!
