They advertise specials that they are not able to comply with. Was in contact with two different operators and they only give you quotes on flights and accommodation that are not on the special rates as advertised. When you start to ask for the specific special you inquired about, you never hear from them again and they then ignore you're emails. Nice marketing scheme to attract people to your website with.

Only heard back from Hetal @ Student Flights today after telling her that I'm going to report this. But before this my emails were ignored. She told me that they are having system problems the past few days. Convenient excuse as for why the special are sold out now in the days that she did not come back to me. Both times I phoned within an hour to inquire about the new released special as it is on a first come first serve basis.

Now she tells me I must wait for new specials coming out in January... thanks but no thanks.
