Mango Special on Flights was impossible to access

Mango airlines sent me emails and posts on my facebook timeline about the special offering flights between Durban to Jhb for R199. Since 9am this morning until 7pm this evening the 086 number was engaged or out of order, I attempted to call throughout the day and made in excess of 100 calls, a complete waste of my time. Eventually at 7.45pm the line rang and I got connected, I subsequently had to wait from being 51 in the queue for 35 minutes for an operator to answer. After all this the operator informed me that the special closed at 5pm today. Also during the day I went to the web site and was unable to find any of the specials that were advertised, obviously they were very well hidden. I have subsequently booked flights with Kulula that was made on-line without a hitch.

This experience has been extremely unpleasant and in my opinion measures down to false advertising an misrepresentation.
