False advertising on special

I am highly upset with [URL Removed] They are currently advertising a kulula special. However I've been awake and online since 6am because I really need these tickets!!! Everytime I get to the flights page - NO SPECIAL THERE! This is false advertising as I've read the ts and cs and the special again and again and according tp that my flights are supposed to be on special as well. I've also now been trying to reach the call centre since 6:15 but I'm still listening to the jingle. SO UPSET!!?
