BAD ADVERTISING ON SPECIAL 4.06!!

So been trying to book tickets for flights advertised on special since before 9am this morning!
to which there is no response, not even a dialling tone, the line just gets disconnected. I dont even know if anyone even got threw to book tickets!!

If its on a first come first serve basis why is there no automated response telling us to hold or someone will get back to us... or that we caller 456 in the cue then we know what our chances are! This defies first come first serve and is merely a game of who gets threw will get tickets subject to availability

If you going to have specials at this magnitude make sure you have enough staff to answer the calls!!!

Very disappointed.
