I am very sad to say that I will no longer work with Student Flights, unless they can come up with a better solution. I used to go to their store in Pretoria, whilst studying and then relocated to the Western Cape, but I always liked their services and therefore contacted them via e-mail or telephone. I then started working with Daniel who did all my traveling arrangements and etc, I did thank him for his professionalism and said that I will continue bringing business to them, as I travel regularly abroad. I then tried to contact Daniel on the 17th of July, as I have to be in Jamaica later in August. I received an e-mail saying that the address does not exist anymore, so I sent an e-mail to their head office. A lady by the name Natalie responded and said that he does not work there anymore, so someone else will be contacting me regarding my query. Friday the 19th I phoned, as I have to arrange my details and again got promised that a representative from Student Flights will be contacting me. So now it is Tuesday already, 6 days after initial contact and now I will take my business to another company, as now the flights are more expensive than when I wanted to book and now I am the one that has to
