Bad attitude with regards to special

Yesterday I made a booking through [URL Removed] from Lanseria. The big amount totaled R3900. This morning they were running a special on their flights and the same flights totalled R3090. That is R810 more. I usually receive the emails about specials that they will have the next day and would have definitely not booked and payed last night if I knew they had the special. I did not receive any email from them at all yesterday. I phoned into the customer care line and I have spoken to Kenneth Tissond, He is an assistant supervisor. He told me that the CPA does not apply to them and that they are an airline company and that different rules are valid for them. I told him that we have bought over 20 tickets over the past year and if Kulula can make a plan. He insisted that once you have paid, it's final and you have agreed on the terms and conditions. Very bad attitude from their side. They don't want to help. Just raking up all the bucks they can make out of you. Very unfair!
