Mango Airlines
Misleading Advertising

Mango are currently offering a phone in only special price today from 09:00 on flights in South Africa. Their advertisement doesn't say that even if there are flights available you will not be able to purchase a return ticket at the special price. After attempting to get through to reservations for 30 minutes and finally being successful I was told by the bookings consultant that I would only be offered the special price on one leg of my flight even if there were special prices available on both legs. I wouldn't have wasted my time had I known this up front! If they do state this somewhere on their website it is in such "small print" that one doesn't see it.
