The handling of a flight refund was negligent
No feedback or returning of calls
The agent told me she 'forgot' to follow up on my refund.
Turnaround time - airline refunds take 6 to 8 week and it has now been 12 weeks due to student flights not returning funds.
Utterly appauled in her customer service
