Bus 2 hrs late

I have (along with the other passengers) been waiting at the bus station since before 06h45 (when we are advised to arrive), for the bus (route: DBN-VRD-JHB) due to depart at 07h15. The bus has now just arrived at 09h25. This is more than 2 hrs late! For 2 hrs all we were continually told was that the bus was at the depo in the washing bay? 2 hrs to wash a bus!
