I had booked a ticket for my daughter, who was travelling with her 4 month old daughter to go down to Durban on the 29/09/2013 at 08:15am. You have to be at the bus station at least a half hour before you board the bus. As usual, the bus was late and arrived at 08:45am. The 08:30am bus left before the 08:15am bus. Which just does not make sense to me. To make matters worse there was no order with regards to boarding the bus. The hostess had no control of the passengers so everyone was pushing to board the bus. To top it off, i was trying to ask her if there was anyway that my daughter could be seated in a seat which accomodates for passengers travelling with small babies and her answer was that the bus is full. I mean really. Is this the kind of service that Greyhound offers? The bus being late all the time, hostess who are unable to assist the passengers. I remember when Greyhound was one of the best ways to travel. I have to say. NOT ANYMORE! Very disappointed in the pathetic service of Greyhound.
