Bus late and gets to destination even late

On Friday 13th December myself and my 2 daughters and 8 month old grandson travelled from Durban to Cape Town via the Bloemfontein route. the bus was scheduled to leave Durban at 11.30 but only arrived at the station about 11.55, this delay was only told to us at the station. A journey that should have lasted 22 hours turned to almost 24 hours due to some further delays on the road of which I don't even know how it happened as this was not communicated to the passengers. We had a 20 min break at Montrose at about 16h30 and the next break was at was about 1.30am - when we alighted from the bus, myself and my daughters feet were very swollen and im sure this was due to been seated for a long period of time.
we eventually arrived in Cape Town on the Saturday at about 12pm. since then the swelling on our feet only subsided 2 days after travel. To date, Greyhound has not apologised for this extra long journey and makes me sceptical to use them again. We are travelling back to Durban today and we are already delayed by 2 hours, Greyhound will hear from me again if this journey is also delayed by extra hours. Cell phone batteries die and there is no way to contact family to pick us up.
