On the 28 Dec 2012, my cousin and i were travelling from JHB to Ladysmith, the bus was suppose to depart at 10h00 but it was late with 45min and no one bothered to explain to us about the delay, we got sms two hours later Greyhound apologising about the delay, My seat number was 17B! to my suprize the air conditioner was leaking and all the water coming from the vent will land on my face, clothes, it kept on pouring from JHB untill i arrive in Natal, poor hostess there was nothing she can do, I use all tissues, paper towels to close the laek but nothing worked. Coming back again the next day the bus was two hours late again the air conditioner was not working at all! It was too hot that the bus driver decided to open the emergency exit window. This is a second bad explerienced with Greyhound after 2004. I will never use their service again! Vitality or not I will never ever consider them
