Arrived at the Durban station for a 23:15 bus (29/11/13) which was delayed but we were made to wait for the bus In the cold when the attended new about the delay. We were only told at 12:00 that the buss would arrive at 00:30 and attended told us he couldn't give his manager or supervisor cellphone because it was LATE??? It is cold and we've been standing since 22:30 waiting for a bus that'll only arrive at 00:30. The reason given "operational delays", what does that even mean? You knew there were people booked for 23:15, why didn't you plan for it. So a manger is only accessible during the day, when he's home he's not a manger? Maybe they should find another manger!!!
