Hi,
I was booked on a Citiliner bus from Jhb to Dbn on 22092013 scheduled to depart at 2015. The reason I am complaiing is that the Greyhound staff at Park Station treated us in a totally disgusting manner. I prebooked my ticket and when we got to the station was informed that they had changed the bus carrier to one which I have never heard of before called CK Tours. One of the ground staff said that they had the right change carriers without notifying their passengers and this clause can be found on the Greyhound ticket. Why would I want to travel on an unknown coach after paying to travel on Citliner?? We only left Park Station after 12pm and this was only because we were insistant on getting onto a Greyhound coach. I would assume that because Citiliner is part of Greyhound they would have ensured that we were accommodated.

This experience leaves a really bad taste in my mouth because we were treated as if we did not pay for the service. To add insult to injury, they were still accepting standby passengers on the Greyhound bus??? Why did we have to fight to get a place on the bus? Was it not their responsibility to ensure that we were catered for??
