4 amounts off credit card, refused to issue ticket

I booked flight on the website, completed payment details and "error code flashing on pink line across booking page with JE reference" JE is their flight numbers so I took it as problem with specific flight and proceeded booking next flight Lanseria to CT... same error code... flashing pink across the booking page!!!
I called their call centre, to be told by the respondent "we do not have such error codes"... Instantly upset I asked "so where do you think I get this from and why would I phone you if there is no problem with my attempted booking"... again same response... then "let me check with superior"... 5minutes later "ok mam, let me check if your booking confirmed"..."sorry mam no booking confirmed"... ping ping ping ping goes my phone... 4 payments dedcuted off my credit card for Mango (2 different ones as well)... then told to hold again for 5 minutes while she's confirming with finances, yes they received 4 amounts, payments to be reversed and expected within 3-4 days to reflect on my credit card. I'm furious, but need a flight ticket... shen then offered to do a booking on m y behalf... GUESS WHAT??? I have to pay again! why, cause their system doesn't allow it!!
