Mango steals your money then doesn't refund

I made an online booking with Mango Airlines, a flight to Joburg which was urgent, it was for 5 days after I made the booking, I chose the 'debit/credit' payment option, I received the instructive sms's which I completed with my banking details, I received an sms saying my transaction went through but on my computer, it said transaction not successful. I did not receive any confirmation of my booking or reference numbers, when I called mango's customer care line to ask if my booking was confirmed they said there is no record of it, however, the money had been taken out of my account. I needed to be on that flight, they didn't understand the urgency of my situation, they said that I must purchase ANOTHER flight whilst they send off my complaint for 'investigation' which could take a number of days. RELUCTANTLY I purchased another flight which was more expensive, they messed up my bookings for that one too, they gave me my boarding pass which read 'MR MACDONALD' after he had checked my ID, (I AM A FEMALE) and it has taken 4 weeks to this day for my REQUEST of a refund to be processed which I have now been advised, will take up to 14 days. completely and utterly unacceptable.
