HI there
While booking ticket for a flight, my partner and I attempted to get the same flight, however I wanted to use momentum points. We initially logged in with my details, then logged out and logged in with her details to book her flight. All her details were entered, even her credit card details, everything was fine until we proceeded to book and an error came up on the webpage. The money cleared from her account, as we refreshed the page, it came up with my information again and the flight was then booked with my details under her credit card. Even though her details were in on the confirmation page. We have now had to pay an extra R200 to change the flight to her details because of an error that appeared on your website?! This is outrageous! We did not make any mistakes, the website entered my details after we confirmed hers and the site crashes. I cant believe that we have to pay extra for your website error! Nevermind R200 for a 2 second change of details because the website inserted the wrong details on the ticket! Unacceptable and we will not be using Mango again because of the unreliability of booking online and unrealistic amount of money to change the details!
