Booking for Flight not successful After Paying

I made a book on the 2nd of December online for a Mango flight ticket from JHB to CPT... And on the same day in the afternoon I went to Shoprite in Bellville (Small one Next to the Train station) to pay for my booking, I got billed and swiped with my debit card and the amount of R917 was payed and I got a receipt stating that I had payed for my a flight! 2 Days later which is today 4th December 2013 I receive and email from Mango saying that my booking has not been payed for. I cannot afford such incompetence, I called Mango thinking It was a problem on their side but it seems there issue was at Shoprite, I booked that specific flight because it was going for a reasonable price, now the booking expired and the ticket prices have gone up. I have made a payment and was left to believe that my ticket was payed for! I will not be paying any extra amount for any other ticket due to your employees incompetence, worst it was the manager who was processing this. The reference on my receipt was B3UXTYCV/L3Q5WRX1 please sort this out! not a happy custome
