I recently tried to book a return flight from Cape Town to Lanseria with my Edgards account Card, and after a few failed attemps on the Internet due too them stating that the Card info was wrong, I tried booking via the call centre. The first time I held on for a long time at reservations, and so while I was busy with the booking, my airtime ran out, and apparently the payments were offline. i phoned again the following day to make a booking, and just to make sure the other booking did not go through, I asked the call centre agent to check for me it there was any booking that was made or had gone through and she said no. i then proceeded to do the booking and received a sms immediately after the booking with the times etc on. I then got 2 other emails the weekend stating that there was another 2 return flights booked for me, and with diffrenent reference numbers and departure times. I then phoned Mango, and explained what was going on and they said they will get back to me ASAP. Phoned again the next day and the Lady the call centre promised to phone me back the same day. Needless to say, no response that day. Please mango, I expect more!
