I made an online booking on Mango Airlines on Saturday 13th April 2013 from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The booking reference is KVZSYB. I realised that I accidently scrolled to the wrong date and did not check it before I made payment. Within a minute, before I even received the confirmation email, I phoned Mango and explained that I accidently made a mistake. I did not change my mind about flight dates, but made a typing error. Keeping in mind that a mere minute passed between making the booking and the phone call, could they please correct the booking. They refused to accommodate me and said that they would make a note on the booking and that I should contact customer services on Monday to sort it out. Big mistake. I phoned and spoke to Cinzia (??). She did not even look at the booking and refused to assist me in any way. She insisted that I changed my mind about the flight date during the 1 minute before I called Mango. I wonder if I could insist on a refund for every minute that Mango makes me wait during flight delays. I think Mango should refund me the changing fee.
