Unable to book for travelling

Few days ago i lodged a complained via Hello peter with flexi club regarding the money claimed that i owe. on the other hand i get sms stating that i have R8510.94 savings which will expire end December and 3092 points however i am unable to use those due to the fact that i owe them, i refuse to forfeit those points, this is a rip off i have been paying close to R1000 monthly and i only travelled ones in 2012 i wanted to go to Cape town this year which i paid extra R6000 and i could not travel due my son being sick, i was told all was fine and the money will be put into my savings, i cannot just let that money go like that without a fight.i expect a refund or a holiday
