I made a booking online for the 3rd of October via SID, Kulula took my money and when checking the ticket online it was not showing. I phoned the call centre and I was advised that the booking expired on their side, but my money was taken from my account. Meryl Rhode-Hendricks was helping me to get my refund back, she advised that I wait for 7 days to get my money and call her back if the money doesn't roll back to my account. I called her, sent her my bank statement to prove that the money didn't roll back to my account. She sent me a Refund form to fill in, I scanned it and sent it back to her, she told me to fax it to the fax number appearing on the form and that she will no longer help me. I faxed the form and I haven't got any feedback on whether they got the form or not, I decided to call them back yesterday to get a number for the refunds department to check if they got the form, I was told that they don't have the number they only deal with faxes. I want my money back as in NOW! I don't understand why I am being given hard time getting my money back.
